Hi Luna provides AI-powered automation systems including phone agents, chatbots, scheduling, and related services for HVAC, roofing, and plumbing businesses.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through PayPal. Subscription fees are billed monthly. Setup fees are non-refundable.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on monthly subscription fees. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund of subscription fees. Setup fees are not refundable.

5. Service Limitations

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Hi Luna is not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to third-party providers
• Force majeure events
• Customer's internet connectivity issues

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain secure access credentials
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not resell or redistribute services without authorization

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. You remain responsible for any outstanding charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hi Luna' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
