- Call duration, timestamps, and outcomes
Payment Information:
- Payment is processed by PayPal. Hi Luna does not store credit card numbers or bank account details. We receive confirmation of payment and transaction IDs from PayPal.

- IP addresses and browser type when accessing our website or dashboard
- Minimal analytics data (page visits, session duration) — no cross-site tracking

4. Third-Party Service Providers
Hi Luna works with the following third-party providers to deliver our service:
- Bland.ai — Powers our AI voice and phone call infrastructure. Call audio is processed through Bland.ai's systems. See Bland.ai's Privacy Policy.
- PayPal — Processes all customer payments. Payment data is governed by PayPal's Privacy Statement.
- Hosting Provider — Our website and systems are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Data is stored in the United States.
We do not sell your data to any third party. We share data with providers only as necessary to deliver the service.
5. Data Retention
- Call recordings: Retained for 90 days from the date of the call, then permanently deleted. We do not retain full call transcripts — only the structured booking fields needed to create the calendar event are stored.
- Account and booking data: Retained while your account is active, plus 1 year after cancellation (for billing, legal, and dispute resolution purposes).
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting laws.
